Author, founder and CEO of Customer Carewords

Gerry helps large organizations become more customer centric on the Web. His commercial clients include Microsoft, Cisco, NetApp, VMware, and IBM. He has also consulted with the US, UK, Dutch, Canadian, Norwegian and Irish governments. He is the founder and CEO of Customer Carewords, a company that has developed a set of tools and methods to help large organizations identify and optimize their customers' top online tasks.

Associate Creative Director, frog

As a designer and researcher, Kara is interested in the dynamic insights found at the intersection of people, products and systems and has worked on projects with organisations that are focused on consumer products and services, international development, health care, energy management, transportation and education. She is also the lead for frog’s Collective Action Toolkit, a collaboration and creativity tool for group problem solving that is being used worldwide.

Emmet Connolly

Director of Product Design, Intercom

Emmet is Director of Product Design at Intercom where he helps the fast-growing team to design and ship the best work they possibly can. Before joining Intercom Emmet worked at Google where he co-founded and designed Android Wear and designed Google Flight Search. Emmet has lived in San Francisco, Zurich, Vancouver, and Dublin and holds an MA in Digital Art.

Cennydd Bowles is a digital product designer and writer. He has a decade of experience helping companies realise the benefits of good design, most recently as design lead at Twitter. He writes for A List Apart and is author of the book Undercover User Experience Design.
